Hi, I'm Risuka (リスカ) and I run The Visual Kei Archive. I began planning this project after being frustrated at yet another tiny youtube channel uploading unheard of songs by tiny indie bands vanished without warning and I decided I would single handedly put a stop to songs vanishing into the void.
